We are currently building a new open die forging production facility, which is scheduled to be completed and officially put into operation in March 2027.
The new facility will further expand our manufacturing capabilities for large-scale, high-performance free forgings, with a focus on demanding industries such as aerospace, UHV power grids, military, and oil & gas, where material performance and product reliability are critical.

Core Equipment
- 1,600-ton Fast Forging Press
- 10-ton Manipulator
- 5 m × 5 m Quenching Tank
- 4 m × 4 m Quenching Medium Tank
- 5 m × 5 m Backup Tank
- Rail-Free Charging Machine
The combination of fast forging equipment and supporting heat treatment facilities will provide stable and efficient forging and heat treatment capabilities for large-scale free forgings.

These materials meet the demanding requirements for strength, toughness, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance across different applications.
