120 Pieces of 4130 Alloy Steel Gate Valves in Mass Production

For an Iranian customer, we are carrying out the mass production of 120 pieces of 4130 alloy steel Gate Valves. The first batch has completed production and QT heat treatment, while the remaining products are being processed successively. The entire order is progressing in an organized manner.

4130 Alloy Steel | QT Heat Treatment

This batch of Gate Valves is manufactured from 4130 chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. 4130 offers good strength, toughness, and overall mechanical properties. After proper Quenching & Tempering (QT) treatment, the balance between strength and toughness can be further optimized, providing stable mechanical properties for valve pressure-containing components.

Gate Valves belong to the industrial valve and fluid control equipment industry. They are primarily used for the opening, closing, and isolation of fluids in pipeline systems and are an important component of industrial fluid transportation systems.
