Billet Preparation

Blanking is more than a simple "cut"; it's a sophisticated process that integrates process calculation, method selection, quality control, and cost management. An excellent blanking process sets a good start for the entire forging production process and lays a solid foundation for producing high-quality, low-cost forgings.

Forging

we are able to offer open die forgings and seamless rolled rings, as two of our major products. Max weight is up to 25 tons per single piece and max diameter is 7m OD.

Custom Forgings

Heat Treatment

We can provide normalization, quenching and tempering as per your requirements. With 11 heat treatment furnaces in house, we have real-time temperature measurements and CQI-9 in our furnaces. We also pay high attentions to the heating temperature calibrations and will do the inspections on a weekly basis.

Machining

We can offer rough machining and semi-finished machining in house, with tolerance level as tight as 0.1mm. For gear cutting, milling and precision machining, we also have reliable outsourcing partners to collaborate with us.
