Construction Machinery Field Forged Shaft

Application scenarios: Excavator drive shafts, loader gearbox shafts, crane turntable shafts, bulldozer transmission shafts, etc.
Working condition characteristics: Frequent starting and braking, subject to severe impact loads and vibrations. The working environment is mostly outdoor, possibly in contact with impurities such as soil and water, requiring wear resistance and impact resistance.

Commonly used materials:
40Cr: Moderate cost, with balanced strength and toughness after quenching and tempering, suitable for transmission shafts under medium loads such as loaders and bulldozers.
4140/EN19/42CrMo4: Higher strength and better wear resistance, used for components bearing heavy loads such as excavator drive shafts.
20CrMnMo: After carburizing, the surface is wear-resistant and the core is impact-resistant, suitable for gear shafts in construction machinery gearboxes.
