In the first week of May, we successfully completed a batch of custom irregular forged blocks for an Australian customer. Forged in C45 / EN8 / 1045 carbon steel, these medium-carbon structural steel blocks undergo strict material selection and heat treatment (Normalizing / N). They feature stable performance and moderate hardness, ideal for subsequent machining.

Although the shapes are irregular, each piece is precisely machined via milling. Due to complex configurations, the milling process encounters difficulties including hard clamping, uneven tool stress, and tight control of machining allowance. However, through mature craftsmanship and professional team collaboration, every forged block is smoothly processed to achieve precise dimensions.

This batch of forged blocks not only demonstrates our craftsmanship and flexible machining capability, but also reflects the team's efficient collaboration and problem-solving ability in handling complex forgings. It fully satisfies the Australian client's stringent requirements for quality and delivery schedule.
We always strive to offer high-quality, custom forging solutions for clients worldwide.
