Application scenarios: Steam turbine rotor shafts, generator main shafts, water turbine main shafts, fan shafts (e.g., wind power, thermal power induced draft fans), etc.
Working condition characteristics:
Steam turbine/generator shafts: High-speed rotation (rotational speed up to 3000r/rpm), subject to high temperatures (steam turbine rotors operate at 500-600°C), high torque, and centrifugal force. They require extremely high fatigue strength and stability.
Water turbine main shafts: Bear axial water pressure and torque; some operate in humid environments and need corrosion resistance.
Fan shafts: Wind power main shafts bear alternating loads transmitted by blades, and their working environment may involve low temperatures (wind power in northern regions).
