Workshop Safety Renovation & Visualization Upgrade

In our factory, safety is not merely a set of regulations, but a fundamental standard running through every production process.

To continuously elevate the standard of on-site safety management, we have recently completed systematic safety renovation and upgraded all visual signs throughout the workshop.

Factory Safety Renovation

Implementation Measures

  • Full PPE Enforcement
All visitors and external personnel are required to complete safety induction before entering the production area and must wear full personal protective equipment, including safety helmets, safety shoes, and reflective vests. Anyone not meeting the requirements is strictly prohibited from entering the site.
  • Separation of Pedestrian and Vehicle Traffic
The workshop logistics routes have been redesigned. Designated main passages are reserved for forklifts, overhead cranes and transport vehicles, while independent pedestrian walkways are arranged. Physical separation is adopted to separate people and vehicles.
  • Upgraded Floor Marking System
Existing floor markings have been repainted and widened. Directional arrows, hazard warning lines, and safety distance indicators have been added to improve visibility and on-site recognition.
  • Cross-Operation Risk Control
Temporary restricted zones have been established in lifting, loading, and high-frequency operation areas. Dynamic safety warning signs are used to reduce risks from human–equipment interaction.
  • Strengthened 5S Site Management
Standardized organization has been implemented for equipment surroundings, walkways, and material storage areas to ensure clear logistics routes, no obstruction, and no material clutter.

Results and Improvements

Through these upgrades, the workshop layout and logistics flow have become significantly clearer. Operations are now more standardized, and the risks of cross-operation have been effectively reduced. Overall operational efficiency and site controllability have also been improved.

Safety is not a one-time initiative, but a continuously evolving system.

We consistently pursue meticulous detail management to embed safety within all production operations.
