Maiterio Group has officially commissioned a new forging production line, further strengthening our manufacturing capability for large-scale and high-performance forged components.

Key Equipment Added:

• 6000-ton hydraulic press

Enhancing forging capacity for heavy-duty and large-diameter components.

• 7-meter ring rolling production line

Expanding our capability in manufacturing large-diameter rolled rings.

• Four 7×13 meter platform-type heat treatment furnaces

Providing controlled and consistent thermal processing for oversized forgings.

• 5-meter-deep, 2000m³ quenching tank

Supporting efficient and uniform heat treatment for large forgings, ensuring stable mechanical performance.

This production upgrade significantly improves our ability to handle large-diameter rings, heavy forgings, and customized components with stricter technical requirements.
