Performance Requirements

Commonly used materials:
20CrMnMo: After carburizing, its surface hardness reaches HRC58-62, with good core toughness. It is wear-resistant and resistant to alternating loads, suitable for gears of wind power gearboxes.
4140/EN19/42CrMo4: It has high strength after quenching and tempering and stable mechanical properties, adapting to long-term high-load operation of equipment such as wind power and thermal power units.
0Cr13Ni5Mo (stainless steel): It has good corrosion resistance and is used in parts of water turbine gears that come into contact with water.
