Slewing bearings

The slewing bearing serves as the pivotal "joint" connecting the excavator's upper structure (boom, cab) to the undercarriage, enabling 360° rotation. It must withstand the weight of the upper structure (up to tens of tons), overturning moments during boom operation, and radial/axial loads generated by digging resistance.
